Stars Photo Gallery

The MCL #1306 has instituted a program to present Veterans in local nursing homes with "Stars" in honor of their service. The stars are part of flags that are tattered and torn from flying over homes or businesses in the US. They represent the sacrifice our Veterans have made to keep us safe and free. We also present Veterans we meet in our daily travels with a smaller version they can keep in their wallet. We've give out thousands.

Today our first location for presentation was the Golden Living Center in Plymouth. There were a total of 21 Veterans who received Stars presented by the MCL #1306 Chaplain, Paul Sullivan.

Here is a photo of the "Star" and Mr. Lou Chua a Veteran Marine. Mr. Chua speaks many different languages and was an active participant of many engagements of war and espionage working with the FBI and other covert activities. Mr. Chau's family are all military as well. On behalf of the Marine Corps League Detachment #1306, Thank you for your Service, Sir!!

Mr. Chua
